Image for West Brom: Fans flock to Kamil Grosicki tweet

West Brom winger Kamil Grosicki caught the attention of some Baggies fans recently after he posted a tweet featuring an image of himself sitting on a small wooden fence after returning to the Baggies’ training ground earlier this week.

As per The Express and Star, West Brom returned to their Walsall training base this past Monday for the first time since professional football was postponed in England back in March

In the image that he has posted to Twitter, Grosicki looks pleased at having had the opportunity to get back to training with his teammates. He also captioned this image with a ‘thumbs up’ emoji, a ‘smiling face’ emoji, and a ‘football’ emoji, which also might indicate that the 31-year-old winger is pleased to be getting back to business.

Plenty of Baggies fans have been reacting positively to Grosicki’s recent post. Some have shared some encouragement for the 31-year-old in response to this tweet, while others seem happy to finally see their team as a whole getting back to training.

Are you excited to see more from Kamil Grosicki at West Brom?

Grosicki signed for the Baggies back in January, joining from Hull City for a transfer fee of £855k, according to Transfermarkt. Thus far, the Poland international hasn’t started a single Championship game for West Brom, however, he has made seven substitute appearances for the Baggies in the Championship since joining, providing one assist for the club in those games, as per WhoScored

It may be fair to say that Grosicki hasn’t made a significant number of appearances for West Brom thus far. However, it appears as though Baggies fans are excited to see more from the Polish winger.

Considering that he scored six goals and provided five assists in his 28 Championship games for Hull City this season, it may be understandable why some Baggies fans may be looking forward to seeing more of Grosicki at The Hawthorns.
