What do we think?
Nuhiu has been a Sheffield Wednesday player since he moved to Hillsborough on a free transfer from Austrian side Rapid Vienna back in the summer of 2013. The 30-year-old forward has made 269 appearances for the Owls in all competitions throughout his tenure at the club, scoring 47 goals and providing 26 assists in that time, according to Transfermarkt.
Considering that the Kosovo international has been a Wednesday player since 2013, there may be some sentimentality influencing these fans who would like the player to stick around at Hillsborough, even if he has to take on a reduced role in the squad in the future.
