The board took a real chance hiring a rookie manager but what an appointment he’s proven to be. Outstanding form in Europe, outplayed Celtic at Hampden and Parkhead, far more consistent in the league. We need to keep building on that foundation. #LetsGo ??

What do we think?
In his first season in charge of Rangers, Gerrard led the club to a second-place finish in the Scottish Premiership, the group stage of the Europa League, the quarter-finals of the SFA Cup and the Scottish League Cup semi-finals.
So far this season, Gerrard’s side once again sit second in the league table and also fell at the quarter-final stage of the SFA Cup, however, they had progressed to the last 16 in the Europa League and were beaten finalists in the Scottish League Cup.
This could be viewed as a slight progression, however, Gerrard is still yet to win any silverware in his time with the Scottish giants.
In any case, it would appear that Rangers fans are delighted with the job Gerrard is doing with their club, with some fans suggesting that the day the 39-year-old signed for the club is one of the best in the Gers’ recent history.
