A group of Sunderland supporters have been responding to a recent social media post from Luke O’Nien. The 25-year-old shared a photo of himself in training originally via his Instagram account with the caption ‘Hopefully back soon’. Sharing this on his Twitter account, it caught the attention of some of his fans.
O’Nien’s contract at the Stadium of Light is due to expire at the end of next month and with no official decision having been made yet on League One, some fans will have wondered whether they would ever see him play for their club again. Naturally, his post led some to believe the player knows more about the ongoing situation than he is letting on. Here is how they have responded.
Do you think Luke O'Nien will extend his stay at Sunderland?

What do we think?
