Some Leeds United fans have been discussing some footage shared on Twitter by @barney__21 of Barry Douglas playing with his child in the park.
The 30-year-old joined the Yorkshire-based club from Wolverhampton Wanderers in a deal reportedly worth £3.06m in 2018, but has been limited to just 11 appearances in the Championship this season. Although he hasn’t had the playing time he may have hoped for, it appears this video has gone down well with the Elland Road faithful.

Does Barry Douglas have a future at Elland Road beyond the end of this season?
Yes
No
However, others were concerned the player’s antics could result in him being injured.

What do we think?
During last season, Douglas was out injured on three separate occasions (via Transfermarkt.co.uk) and therefore, you can understand why some of these supporters have concerns regarding his ability to stay fit. At the time of the Championship’s suspension, Marcelo Bielsa’s side sit top of the division, seven points clear of Fulham in third place and were closing in on a return to the Premier League for the first time since their relegation at the end of the 2003/04 season.
However, with no concrete plans in place with regards to the resumption of the season as yet, these Leeds fans may be forced to seek entertainment in the form of Douglas’ videos for a little while longer.
