A lot of Leeds United fans have replied to a post from EllandRoadHQ asking them what their opinion is of Daniel Ayala.
The Middlesbrough centre-back’s contract runs out at the end of the season, and it is believed that he will have to take a wage cut if he wants to stay at the Riverside.
He has been linked with a move to Elland Road in the past, and now these fans have had their say, and it seems as if many of them are not keen on Ayala as a player.
One fan described Ayala as clumsy and slow, while another suggested that he would be a step back from what they already have.
Nope, clumsy and slow

For Middlesbrough, Ayala has made 216 appearances, including 25 this season – and in a struggling Boro side, he has earned an average rating of 6.92 for his displays.
Would you want Leeds to sign Ayala?
No
Yes
However, it seems that many Leeds fans hate Ayala.
This has led to many of them slating him, with one fan even claiming that he could score the winning goal for the Whites in the Champions League Final, and he would still hate the Spaniard.
Another fan added that he thought that Ayala was a ‘donkey’.
he could score the winning goal for us in the champions league final and I’d still despise him

Ayala has been with Boro for nearly seven years after initially joining on loan in October 2013, and he played a key role in the side that won promotion to the Premier League in 2016.
However, he only made 14 appearances in the top flight as Boro were relegated after just one season in the Premier League.
In fact, Ayala has only ever made 26 appearances in the top flight – so perhaps it is understandable that some Leeds fans don’t want him if they are promoted.
Although, there are some Whites fans who would be keen on the Spaniard.
He is quality to be fair.

Ayala could be leaving the Riverside, whenever this season ends, and if he does, his next destination is not clear.
Leeds have been linked – so it will be interesting to see if the defender with 216 Championship appearances finds himself at Elland Road next year.
