Would you like Jason Pearce to join Charlton Athletic's backroom staff after his playing career?YESNO |
Clearly a good leader and would make a good trio with Jacko and Bow
— Keith Barrie (@KeithBarrie) May 13, 2020
Yep. I wouldn’t blame him if he waited for Pompey as he’s a soft spot. But of course I would want him as part of us. We need fully committed Charlton people. God knows we need this. And what a coaching team we would have. Add Chris Powell in there somewhere and Curbs we’ll be top

Defo got that leadership quality.

What do we think?
As per Charlton Athletic’s official website, Pearce has impressively captained every team that he has played for thus far in his career, including the Addicks. Additionally, this post from the club’s official website also states that the 32-year-old defender has got “commanding leadership qualities”. With that in mind, it may not come as a big surprise that these Charlton fans would like to see Pearce remain at the club after his playing career in a coaching capacity.
