Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest tweet that former player John Hartson recently sent out.
Hartson recently posted an image of himself. It had him wearing a T-shirt with ‘Cesar’ written on it, in homage to legendary Hoops defender Billy McNeill. The caption of the post hailed the club’s European Cup win 53 years ago in 1967.
Many Celtic fans flocked to this post. They hailed the T-shirt that Hartson was wearing that paid tribute to the club’s European Cup triumph.

Captained by McNeill, Celtic became the first British team to win the European Cup back in the 1966-67 season, with Jock Stein as the manager. He would go on to lead the club to nine consecutive top-flight titles.
What do we think?
Celtic fans clearly loved what Hartson is wearing. Since it has the nickname of McNeill and reminds them of the historic European Cup win in 1967, one can see why Celtic fans loved the T-shirt and why some want to buy one themselves.
