Did Weah get enough time to make an impact at Celtic?
He never got the chance!
He got enough chances
Started off well then hit a downward slope, I’d say 4 honestly

Flop considering the hype he arrived with?

Nonexistent, he looked like he all the attributes but I think he didn’t have the attitude or the hunger to make it as a top player. Time may prove me wrong but if it wasn’t for his dad’s name he wouldn’t have been at PSG and subsequently on loan at us.

Weah had a brief spell at Parkhead last season. He had joined the club on loan from Paris Saint-Germain in January 2019 and left the club at the end of the 2018/19 season. He was sold to Lille on a permanent basis in the summer of 2019 (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
Weah made 17 appearances in all competitions at Parkhead last season. He scored four goals, picking up a single assist.
In the Premiership, he contributed to four goals while playing only 354 minutes of first-team football. This shows that he didn’t have a bad spell in a limited time at the club and if he had played more, he could have made more of an impact.
