Some Celtic fans have been talking about the transfer news linking the club with a move for Aaron Hickey.
The Daily Mail recently reported that the Hoops are looking to bring Hickey back to Parkhead. They are keeping tabs on his situation, with Hearts now relegated from the Premiership. The report says that Celtic ‘remain admirers’ of Hickey.
ReadCeltic recently relayed this information on Twitter. Many Celtic fans flocked to this and made it clear that they don’t want Hickey back at Parkhead.

Should Celtic bring Hickey back to Parkhead?
Absolutely
He's not good enough
He was at the Celtic academy and they let him go,thers no way PL will sanction paying money to sign him back also don’t think he’s that good certainly no better than wat we hav.

As a youth player, Hickey had spent time at both Celtic and Hearts. He had joined the Celtic Under-17s side from the Hearts Youth side in 2017. In the summer of 2018, he went back to Hearts and broke into their first team in 2019 (via Transfermarkt).
What do we think?
The 2019-20 Premiership season saw Hickey make 22 appearances for the Hoops. He scored one goal and got one assist (via Transfermarkt).
While those are good numbers for a 17-year-old, Celtic already have Greg Taylor and Boli Bolingoli as options in the left-back position. Because of that, a move for Hickey may not make a lot of sense.
