Some Celtic fans have been talking about the latest tweet that striker Odsonne Edouard recently sent out.
Edouard’s tweet saw him share a post from the official Celtic Twitter account. They had posted about Edouard finishing the season as the league’s highest goalscorer in the latest Premiership campaign.
Edouard shared this, while also posting number ‘nine’ and a trophy emoji. This attracted many Celtic fans, with many of them urging him to sign a new deal.

Edouard has recently been a man in demand. He was linked with a move to Leicester City back in January and it was said that the Foxes are looking to sign him in the summer. Arsenal were also linked with him, along with Newcastle United. French side Monaco reportedly had a bid rejected for the Frenchman.
The number of clubs that are reportedly after Edouard shows that his future is far from secure, but considering how the Frenchman has scored 27 times in all competitions while racking up 19 assists this season shows how important he is for the club. Celtic fans seem to understand that if Edouard does stay, his goals could be crucial to helping them win the title next season, too.
