Many Celtic fans have been reacting to Joe Ledley’s recent tweet. The Welsh midfielder, who currently plays his football for Newcastle United Jets in Australia, made 157 appearances for the Hoops.
Ledley joined the club from Cardiff City on a free transfer back in 2010 but departed Celtic Park in 2014 to join Crystal Palace in a deal reportedly worth £3.15m (via Transfermarkt.co.uk).
During his time in Glasgow, he won three Scottish Premiership titles as well as two Scottish cups. The 33-year-old tweeted a series of letters which made no sense to the fans and finished his post off by tagging the club’s official account. Here is how some of the Celtic faithful have responded.

What do we think?
It appears Ledley has been smashing his keyboard, though his mention of the club’s Twitter handle may suggest he was simply excited ahead of the announcement which came on Monday that the club would be confirmed as champions for a ninth year in a row.
