Fans of Wolverhampton Wanderers have been slating their former player Jordan Graham after Tim Spiers posted an article on the winger.
On Tuesday morning, the Athletic journalist relayed an article on the 25-year-old in which he revealed that the player disagreed with Nuno Espirito Santo over Graham’s best position, for which he has no regrets (per Tim Spiers), which had fans talking.
.@JordanGr_11 exclusively tells @TheAthleticUK why it didn't work out for him under Nuno, with the pair disagreeing over his best position
He has no regrets, thinks Nuno is an amazing manager and will be a Wolves fan watching their progress #WWFC https://t.co/w59fCUD3yf

How could any footballer not want to be part of Nuno’s plans after what he’s achieved since coming to molinuex?? If you love the game you’ll play anywhere to be in the starting 11 of any team…JG your a strange one son ??????????

Well he should regret it. In all honesty he could well have had a chance to play regularly had he agreed to give wing back a try. The lad has talent, but going against a managers advise hasn’t really worked in his favour. We move on.

Was Jordan Graham wrong to disagree with Nuno on his best position?Yes, should have listenedNo, it's his own decision |
In the same announcement that revealed that John Ruddy had his contract extended by the club last week, Wolves stated that Graham had been released (per Wolves).
However, despite Spiers’ post stating that the winger believes Nuno Santo to be an ‘amazing manager’ (per Tim Spiers), fans still slated him.
Worked out so well for you Jordan ????

Massive sliding doors moment. You only have to look at what Nuno has done for Coady and Doherty in terms of their footballing progression and market asset. A shame that he never committed to the idea. What could have been, eh!

How did that pan out for you then.. Traore, Coady, how many others have moved position and improved under Nuno?

What do we think?
As can be seen in these responses from Wolves fans, they believe that the 25-year-old made the wrong decision by not following Nuno Santo’s positional advice.
However, the tweet stated the winger has no regrets and he still highly rates the Old Gold’s manager (per Tim Spiers), so, perhaps Wolves fans are being overly harsh here when the player has no hard feelings.
