Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White has been caught breaking the government’s lockdown rules despite having previously urged social media followers to stay at home and protect the NHS, according to the Daily Mail (via Talking Wolves).
However, the 20-year-old wasn’t the only recognisable face at the gathering. Former Love Island contestants Georgia Steel and Elma Pazar were also seen partying in the footage that has emerged.
Gibbs-White is an England Under-21 international and has made 13 appearances for Nuno Espirito Santo’s side in all competitions so far this season (via Transfermarkt.co.uk). The incident is said to have taken place during the Bank Holiday weekend and these Wolves fans have been responding to the report on Twitter.

Let’s face it he’s gone backwards in the last 12 months, guy thought he’d made it. Nuno won’t stand for this , send him on loan for a year.

if this is true punishment should be harsh from @Wolves, should be setting an example of professionalism not stupidity.

Throw the book at him. An example has to be showed.

Nuno will not like that one bit. Hope he enjoys his loan spell at Wigan next season.

What do we think?
It’s clear from the above responses these Wolves supporters weren’t impressed by the midfielder’s actions and believe he should be severely punished by the club. Some have even raised questions regarding the player’s longer-term future with one fan claiming ‘Nuno won’t stand for this’.
