They can be interested if their entire transfer budget can be spent on one player

If any club offered £50 million for Adama Traore this summer, would you want it accepted?Yes, that would be a good amountNo, he's worth far more than that |
This season, Traore has been Wolves best-performing player in the Premier League with a stellar 7.61/10 average rating across 28 league appearances (per WhoScored).
However, with the Reds, City and the Red Devils touted to be keen on the 24-year-old (via @WolvesFC_latest), fans continued airing their reactions.
Don’t let anyone go.

If these reports have any truth in them, half the Man Utd team will be made up of Wolves players next season.

We have some good players, but if the price is right, we sell. We all know there will be another player for 10-20 million ready to step in. Clubs like Utd will always attract players, but he would probably be in the 50-80 million region, cannot see them paying that.

What do we think?
As can be seen in these responses from Wolves supporters, while there was a lot of disbelief in the rumour, most fans aired that they would not want Traore to leave. However, one fan could see it happening.
With the Spanish attacker having been the third-best performing player in the entirety of those to play in the Premier League this season in terms of average rating (per WhoScored), it is no surprise that transfer links have emerged.
