Would you be happy if the Old Gold signed Milot Rashica in the next transfer window?Yes, he would be a great signingNo, we don't need another winger |
The report also revealed that the €38 million (£33.1m) release clause in the Kosovan’s contract is valid until June, but will drop to €15 million (£13.1m) if his club is relegated from the Bundesliga.
So, after the news of the fee being dropped if Werder Bremen were relegated from Germany’s top flight was shared to social media (via @TalkingWolves), some supporters were a little keener.
Let’s hope for a releg then

What about if he is a better winger than ones that we have?

I mean I wouldn’t want to wish relegation on many teams, but if we could get him cheaper it would be a decent signing?

What do we think?
This season, Rashica has been the second-best performer for his club in the Bundesliga having earned a 7.05/10 average rating over 20 league appearances (per WhoScored), which would suggest that he has talent.
With Werder Bremen currently sat second bottom in the Bundesliga, too, with a game in hand but eight points from safety (per BBC), relegation seems a likely threat for those wishing for a cheaper fee.
