David Moyes’ outfit acquired the services of Soucek in the January transfer window when he arrived on loan from Slavia Prague. However, the club has the option to make the move permanent for £13million (per BBC). Fans were keen on the idea of this.
Sign him up. Cheers

Should West Ham be looking to make Tomas Soucek a permanent signing?Yes, it's a no-brainerNo, not good enough |
The reaction comes from West Ham supporters as the 25-year-old midfielder has made just four appearances for the Hammers in the Premier League (per WhoScored).
However, those four appearances appear to have been impressive enough for the London Stadium faithful as Soucek picked up a 6.73/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
Yep…. class player

As can be seen in the responses from West Ham supporters, it appears as though they would love to club to make Soucek’s stay in London a permanent one.
