Fans of West Ham United have been reacting to a post on Twitter, which relays reports regarding West Ham striker Albian Ajeti.
According to recent reports by Football.london, the Swiss international looks set to be put up for sale over the summer, with the club hoping to make back the £7.83 million figure they paid FC Basel for the forward last summer.
In reaction to the reports, which were relayed on Twitter by West Ham News, fans of the club have flocked to have their say on the matter, with many claiming that the signing of Ajeti was pointless, while others have claimed that the system in which West Ham operate does not suit the 23-year-old.
Do you think Albian Ajeti should be given a chance at West Ham?
Yes
No
West Ham are hopeful of selling Albian Ajeti at the end of the season for the same amount that they paid to acquire him from FC Basel last summer.

When your owners shop in the bargain basement what do we expect, good luck to Ajeti

This geezer is going to be at games and I won’t. Biggest travesty in years.

Playing 1 striker up front fir over half the season he never had a chance

He hasn’t been given a chance by Moyes, play two up front and see how we do before selling him.

We are gonna regret selling him…
— Joe (@BrysonJoe6) May 27, 2020
Or why don’t we loan him out instead so he can get some game time?

What do we think?
Since joining West Ham last summer, Ajeti has made just 11 appearances for the club, scoring no goals.
As such, it is understandable why some of the West Ham fans appear to be frustrated at the news that the forward will be up for sale this summer, as, it would seem as though he has not been given a proper chance to succeed, while selling a player one year after he was bought does not paint the club in a particularly good light.
