If we will lose @_DeclanRice then Eric Pulgar wont be a bad replacement

He’s a good box to box midfielder, but this is definitely recycled news.
His only link to the club was through Pellegrini, he’s had a good season at Fiorentina so he will be expensive & Moyes will sign Soucek on a permanent so no need for him.

Decent midfielder box to box gets stuck in good from the spot like you say was probably an old rumour from the pellegrini era

Do you believe that there is any truth to the Erick Pulgar transfer rumour?Yes, could be possibleNo, doesn't seem likely |
The 26-year-old Chilean has been the joint second-best performing player for his Serie A club in the league so far this season with an impressive 7.07/10 average rating (per WhoScored).
To earn the rating, Pulgar has scored four and assisted three in 25 league outings (per WhoScored), however, some supporters were unsure on the finances of any prospective deal.
Could’ve gotten him when he cost about £6-7m

Might make a bit of a hole in our £10 budget!

Type we needed last summer can get fwd but more Deep lying & CB cover tho can shoot from range & pass. £8.5m buyout last summer made sense & Chilean now make Soucek perm & I’d go for pace in Eze, or Sangare, or Wylan Cyprien all £15m or less prob latter two only year left

What do we think?
As can be seen in the responses from West Ham supporters, while there appears to be little doubt of the player’s ability, many do not believe the rumour and the rest doubts that the Hammers could get a good deal for the Chilean.
With a current market value of £10.8 million and three seasons remaining on his current contract with Fiorentina after the conclusion of this term (per Transfermarkt), those supporters who doubt the availability of a good deal may be correct.
