Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to an image of Tanguy Ndombele back in training at Hotspur Way.
The Spurs Web shared a picture of the Frenchman training at the North London club, as the Lilywhites begin preparations for the Premier League’s return. The 23-year-old has regularly struggled with injury and fitness issues in his first season in the Premier League and Spurs fans will no doubt be hoping that the former Lyon man will be at full fitness by the time top-flight football resumes.
So far this season, the French international has averaged a disappointing 6.76 rating for his performances in the Premier League, contributing two goals and two assists in 19 appearances (per Whoscored).

Most of these Spurs fans seem to agree that Ndombele does look to be in better shape.

It will be interesting to see if Ndombele truly is fully fit by the time the Premier League resumes and whether he can establish himself as a first-team regular in Mourinho’s side.
