Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to the reported news that the North London club have made Serge Aurier available for transfer.
According to The Times (via Hotspur Related), the Lilywhites have made the 27-year-old available for transfer for the past year. Spurs signed the right-back from PSG in 2017 and in nearly three years at the club, he has gone on to make 74 appearances, contributing six goals and 13 assists (per Transfermarkt).
The Ivory Coast international is currently being investigated by the North London club after he seemingly broke lockdown rules for the third time (per BBC), but it seems as if the club have been keen to move him on for some time.

These Spurs fans clearly agree that Aurier should be sold, with some fans frustrated that the club has thus far failed to move him on.
What do we think?
It seems surprising that Aurier is so disliked amongst Spurs fans, considering this season he has averaged an impressive 7.18 rating for his performances in the Premier League, but with the North London club heavily linked with Norwich City’s Max Aarons, perhaps he won’t be with the Lilywhites for much longer.
