Spurs fans have been discussing Napoli striker Arkadiusz Milik after it was suggested that the North London club are keen to open talks with the Serie A side over a potential transfer for the 26-year-old.
According to Italian news outlet Corriere dello Sport, as per Sport Witness (via Hotspur Related), the Lilywhites want to discuss a move for the Polish forward this summer. Jose Mourinho’s side have just Harry Kane available as a natural senior striker, with the Portuguese manager having regularly affirmed that Troy Parrott isn’t ready to make the step up to Premier League football. So it is no surprise to see the North London club being linked with a striker ahead of the summer transfer window.
So far this season, Milik has impressed in his performances in Serie A; averaging a 7.11 rating, having contributed nine goals in 16 appearances (per WhoScored).

However, other Spurs fans are less keen on the Polish international.
No thanks. Sign the young nipper from Leverkusen, looks a proper player.

Hoping that’s a typo and should instead say Dries Mertens

Overall, it seems as if the majority of Spurs fans would welcome a move for Milik this summer.
What do we think?
Milik has struggled with injuries during his time at Napoli but when the former Ajax man has been fit he has scored goals for Napoli, so perhaps it would be worth the risk for Spurs to bring him to the Premier League this summer.
