Spurs fans on Twitter have been discussing Arkadiusz Milik after it was suggested that Spurs are interested in the striker.
According to Italian journalist Nicolo Schira (via Ricky Sacks), the North London club could look to sign the Polish striker this summer, if he fails to agree to a new contract with his current club, Napoli. The 26-year-old’s contract is set to expire in 2021 so Spurs could potentially bring the £28.8 million-rated forward in on a cut-price deal this summer.
So far this season, the former Ajax man has averaged an impressive 7.11 rating for his performances in Serie A, having contributed nine goals in just 16 appearances (per WhoScored). However, the Polish international has also regularly struggled with injury problems, suggesting it could be a risky transfer for the Lilywhites.

Overall, it seems as if the majority of Spurs fans would like to see their club sign Milik this summer.
What do we think?
If Spurs are in the market for a back-up to Harry Kane, they should probably look for someone who isn’t as injury-prone as Milik, as they presumably don’t want to end up in the same situation as this season; when Kane’s injury left Mourinho without a fit senior striker in his side.
