Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to the latest images of Heung-Min Son completing his military service in South Korea.
Citing Korean news outlet Yonhap, The Spurs Web shared the image of the 27-year-old, which shows the former Bayer Leverkusen man kitted out in military gear and a bulletproof helmet. It was announced last month that he would be completing a month’s mandatory military service in his home country during the current suspension of the Premier League.
Fortunately for Spurs fans, South Korea’s win at the Asian Games back in 2018 ensured that they would only lose their winger for a month rather than 21 months, but plenty of fans were still quick to share their thoughts after images of the forward emerged online.
Do you think Son looks skinnier than usual?

Some of these Spurs fans were quick to make jokes, although a couple of fans seem concerned that he looks to have lost weight during his military training.
What do we think?
It is reassuring that Son still looks well, if a little skinny, and hopefully for Spurs fans he will be back fit and firing in the Premier League soon enough.
