Spurs fans on Twitter have been reacting to the news that the club may sell players during the summer transfer window in order to raise transfer funds.

According to Alasdair Gold (via TranSPURS), Danny Rose, Kyle Walker-Peters, Juan Foyth, and Cameron Carter-Vickers could all potentially depart this summer. Spurs fans have subsequently been reacting to this news, with several supporters suggesting that even if all four leave the club, this is unlikely to raise a lot of funds.

How well do you remember Heung-Min Son's time with Spurs? - The Lilywhites signed Son from which Bundesliga side?

It would be unsurprising to see Carter-Vickers leave, considering the USA international has made just four senior appearances for Spurs in his career. Walker-Peters and Rose were both sent out on loan in the January transfer window to Southampton and Newcastle United respectively, suggesting that Mourinho doesn’t see either as part of his long-term plans.

Foyth meanwhile, has made just one Premier League start for Spurs during Jose Mourinho’s tenure, which resulted in a horror show away at Norwich City and saw him get him a 5.4 rating. However, it still seems as if this particular Spurs fan would be sad to see him go.

Would you be happy to see all these players leave this summer?

Overall, it seems as if Spurs fans would be happy to see the majority of these players leave this summer, perhaps with the exception of Foyth. However, they do seem to doubt whether that would raise a lot of funds, so it will be interesting to see if the North London club are forced to sell anyone else in order to bring signings in.
