Spurs fans on Twitter have been discussing Marseille midfielder Morgan Sanson.
It was reported by French news outlet L’Equipe, as per Foot Mercato (via The Spurs Web), that agent Pini Zahavi has offered the North London club the opportunity to sign the Frenchman this summer. During the Ligue 1 season, which was ended prematurely due to the current viral outbreak, the 25-year-old midfielder averaged a solid 6.97 rating for his performances, contributing five goals and four assists in 27 appearances (per WhoScored).
The midfielder is currently valued at £20.25 million by Transfermarkt, so it could be a fairly expensive deal for Spurs this summer, however, if they have truly been offered the chance to sign him, perhaps the North London club will be able to negotiate a cut-price deal.

Yes. He’s young, decent midfielder. Could become as good as Sissogoat.

Most of these Spurs fans seem keen on a move for Sanson this summer.
What do we think?
Spurs have already spent big on central-midfielders Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele in the past year, so it seems unlikely that they would be willing to splash the cash on Sanson this summer transfer window.
