Someone definitely behind this. She must have been offered alot of money because not much effort was put in to stop PIF from acquiring other businesses. Leave politics out of football. #NUFC #ToonArmyAfrica #NUFCTakeover #Cans

Stinks of Qatari influence this.

A bit arrogant from her now.

Suspect she is not doing this entirely under her own steam….I.e. someone with a vested interest is helping her write these letters.

Feel sorry for her, she is being used for political gains by other countries, I wonder if she also lobbied the previous PIF purchases, Ie Disney, Facebook etc, fly’s in the face of hypocrisy imo

She seriously needs to give this up now. She has o interest in the good of NUFC or the PL. It’s all a personal vendetta. PL need to tell her where to go.

Outrageous.

Just me that thinks Richard keys is behind all of this. He has a problem with Newcastle, he’s admitted that. She hasn’t written to attempt and get all the other purchases stopped so why Newcastle?

What do we think?
While many of these Newcastle fans appear to believe that Cengiz’s objections to the Newcastle takeover are driven by Qatari influence, or even, somehow, arrogance, it could be suggested that the suspected murder of her fiancé by the Saudi Arabian state is reason enough for her to not want the state to be allowed to ‘sportswash‘ its terrible record of human rights abuses by purchasing Newcastle.
However, it would appear that many of these Newcastle fans disagree with this stance, and would appear to be of the belief that Cengiz’s feelings bear no relevance to the takeover deal.
