A lot of Newcastle United fans have replied to a post from @CastleSaudi that includes a screenshot of the back page of Extra Sport, which claims that the proposed takeover of the Toon is done.
Extra Sport appears to be a Middle East-based publication, and it states that the Saudi-backed takeover of Newcastle is done.
This has pleased these Toon fans, who are hoping it is right.
Big claim

The deal for Mike Ashley to sell Newcastle United to Amanda Staveley’s Saudi-backed consortium has been with the Premier League for a while now after a deposit was paid.
Do you believe this report?
No
Yes
However, the issues with piracy and a supposed direct link between the Saudi government and BeoutQ have delayed the process.
Therefore, these Toon fans are unsure of this report and appear to be growing tired of this saga.
But it’s not

The takeover was going to be announced on 1st June, according to a report in The Sun.
However, the new evidence around piracy is thought to have delayed the Premier League’s decision once more.
As a result, Newcastle fans are frustrated and don’t believe this latest report.
This word “Done” is really starting to get annoying now..if people are going to write this word then it needs to explained to what is DONE? Is the premier league checks DONE? Is the takeover DONE? is the transfer of funds DONE? what is DONE?

Clearly it isn’t done

It remains to be seen what the Premier League decide to do about the Toon’s takeover.
