A lot of Newcastle United fans have replied to a post from NUFC 360, which has relayed news from Lee Ryder regarding the proposed takeover of the Toon.
Ryder, speaking on the Everything is Black and White podcast, claimed that he has checked with people around the deal, and they are confident that they will get a breakthrough.
This has drawn a reaction from these Toon fans who are not convinced Ryder knows anything.
All good until you find out his sources are “ITK” accounts with 100 followers.

The Evening Chronicle claimed on Wednesday that the buying side had received no indication from the Premier League that there are any problems with the takeover.
Do you believe this from Ryder?
No, he knows nothing
Yes, he will know something
However, Ryder’s words are not convincing these Toon fans, and they remain unsure he knows anything.
Lee Ryder probably knows as much about this takeover as my cat.

The deal for Mike Ashley to sell Newcastle to Amanda Staveley’s Saudi-backed consortium is currently with the Premier League and is going through the required checks.
However, a report from the World Trade Organisation confirmed a direct link between the Saudi government and BeoutQ – a piracy station.
This is going to delay the Premier League’s decision, but according to Ryder, the buying side are still not worried.
However, some of these Toon fans are.
No way this is going to happen now

It will be interesting to see what the Premier League decide – whenever they make their decision.
