A lot of Newcastle United fans have rushed to comment on a post from @stevengoica83 that shows a video taken from Sky Sports News of Steve Bruce discussing the proposed takeover of the Toon.
The current Newcastle manager said that he ‘would love to see it and I’d love to be part of it’ and that he hopes that will be the case.
Bruce also said that it ‘would be wonderful’ to have a team competing at the top of the table.
This footage of Bruce has drawn a good reaction from many Toon fans who feel that this is the biggest indicator yet that the takeover is done.
Do you think Bruce knows something about the takeover?

Despite everything, you can just tell he’s a fan of the club regardless of being manager or now!

What do we think?
Sports reporter John Richardson tweeted yesterday, saying that the deal was done, and the Premier League had granted their approval to Amanda Staveley’s Saudi-backed takeover.
To add to this, Bruce also sounds rather positive in this interview, and an official Saudi Arabian news channel also said that the Premier League had granted their approval of the deal.
We think that because of all this new information, it feels like a case of when not if for this takeover.
