A lot of Newcastle United fans are stunned to hear that under Steve Bruce, the players are given two or three days off if they win. (29:55)
Rose, speaking on The Lockdown Tactics podcast, claimed that under Mauricio Pochettino, he would get one day off per week if he was lucky and that now under Bruce, he gets two or three days, stating that it is a shock to the system. (29:55)
These claims from Rose have baffled these Toon fans who cannot believe that the former Sunderland manager gives the team that much free time.
Are you surprised by this?

What do we think?
While it might sound strange, this might be working for Newcastle, considering they are in 13th place and eight points clear of the relegation zone.
However, Rose might be right that it is a shock to the system for him, considering he has managed an average rating of just 6.29 from his first five Premier League matches for the Toon.
