Liverpool fans on Twitter have been responding to a recently posted image of the current Liverpool kit designed as a rugby shirt.
This comes after Liverpool fan Twitter account @empireofthekop shared a post on their page that contained the image originally created by @alpharugbygear.
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans who were eager to share their thoughts on this design.

The image shows the template of the current Liverpool shirt but with an intricate pattern across it.
Going back to the real thing, earlier in the season, the Reds announced that Nike would be taking over from New Balance as their primary kit manufacturers for the upcoming 2020/21 season.
Now that this image of the rugby-inspired Liverpool shirt has been doing the rounds on Twitter, this paved the way for lots of Reds fans to have their say on the design.
