Liverpool fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest news surrounding the return of the current Premier League season.
This comes after Liverpool journalist James Pearce shared a post on his official Twitter page revealing that all of the remaining 92 Premier League games will be broadcast live in the UK by Sky Sports, BT Sport, BBC and Amazon.
Pearce also revealed the staggered kick-off times for the remaining matches on each day of the week when the season resumes again next month.
This latest post from Pearce then quickly gathered a lot of replies from Liverpool fans, who were eager to share their reactions to this latest news.

It was reported earlier in the week that the current Premier League season would resume once again in June after being temporarily suspended back in March as a result of the current global pandemic.

It’s fantastic that the Premier League season will be resuming again next month. Now that Pearce has shared the reported fixture schedule, this has clearly excited a lot of Liverpool fans who are delighted with the amount of football that will be shown when the league resumes.
Given that the Merseyside club are currently 25 points ahead at the top of the Premier League table and within touching distance of the title, it’s understandable why this group of Reds fans would be looking forward to seeing the football resume. This reported fixture schedule certainly is a big deal for football fans as they will have a game to watch every day of the week.
