Many Liverpool supporters have been reacting to Mohamed Salah’s recent Twitter post. The Egyptian forward shared a couple of images from training after the players returned to Melwood following the Premier League’s unanimous vote giving clubs the green light to resume small group sessions.
Salah arrived at Anfield from Roma in July 2017 for £37.8m after previously having a spell at Chelsea (via Transfermarkt.co.uk). The 27-year-old has been a revelation since joining Jurgen Klopp’s side, having scored 91 goals and provided 37 assists in 144 appearances.
The player’s value currently stands at £108m, some £70.2m more than the fee the Reds paid to bring the winger to Merseyside – highlighting what a great piece of business it was. Here is how some of the club’s supporters have responded to his post.

What do we think?
It’s clear from the above responses how pleased these Liverpool fans were to see Salah back in training. The player’s average performance rating in the Premier League this season currently stands at 7.45/10, making him Jurgen Klopp’s second-most consistent performer. Therefore, you can understand why he is the ‘king’ in the eyes of the Anfield faithful.
