Liverpool fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest transfer update surrounding RB Leipzig striker Timo Werner.
This comes after Liverpool news Twitter account @LFCTransferRoom shared a post on their page relaying comments made by Reds journalist James Pearce on a recent episode of The Athletic’s Liverpool-themed podcast, The Red Agenda.
On the podcast, Pearce revealed that Liverpool are “still very keen” on signing Werner this summer.
