Supporters of Everton have taken to Twitter to slate Ashley Williams after they were asked to describe the Welshman in one word.
On Wednesday, @thetoffees_com asked the Goodison Park faithful to describe their former defender in one word, which led many to slate Williams.

Are these supporters being overly harsh on Ashley Williams? No, they're bang-onYes, wasn't that bad |
The now-Bristol City centre-back arrived at Goodison Park in the summer of 2016 for a fee of £12.6 million from Swansea City and was then released by the club last summer (per Transfermarkt).
During his time in Merseyside, Williams made 73 appearances (per Transfermarkt) and over those outings, it appears that the Welshman convinced supporters that he was not good enough.
And to think he wore the Captain’s arm band – makes me sick.

What do we think?
As can be seen in these responses from Everton fans, they clearly did not rate the 35-year-old defender very highly during his time at Goodison Park.
However, a 6.7/10 average rating in his final league season with the Toffees, in which he made 24 appearances (per WhoScored), may suggest that supporters could be being a little harsh.
