Supporters of Everton have been reacting to a commercial report which has revealed that the Toffees have stopped talks with Rovio Entertainment.
According to the Liverpool Echo, the talks have halted over the renewal of Angry Birds’ sleeve sponsorship and the club is now in talks with other potential shirt sleeve sponsors (via @EvertonNewsFeed), which fans reacted to.

According to the report by the Liverpool Echo, the Toffees earned around £3 million in total for having the Angry Birds logo on their shirt sleeves for a three-year period.

What do we think?
As can be seen in these responses from Everton supporters, they are generally pretty pleased that Angry Birds will no longer have their logo on the club’s kits.
However, £3 million in revenue over three years (per Liverpool Echo) for a logo on the sleeve of a shirt is not to be sniffed at, in fairness.
