The 65-year-old’s stint with the Goodison Park club was his last managerial job in football and he spent five and a half months at the helm of the Toffees (per Transfermarkt).

In that time, Allardyce oversaw 26 matches, 10 of which were victories, seven were a draw, and nine a defeat (per Transfermarkt), leaving many clear in their opinion of the Englishman.

What do we think?

As can be seen in these responses from Everton supporters, it is clear that Allardyce is not well thought of amongst the Goodison Park faithful.

However, while supporters were quick to criticise their former gaffer, Allardyce guided the club to an eighth-place finish in the Premier League (per Transfermarkt), which is still praise-worthy.
