Fans of Everton have been flocking to a club Twitter post which shared footage of the Toffees’ former player Andy Gray.

On Wednesday, the club’s official account shared interview footage with the 64-year-old Scotsman in which he discussed the club’s 1984/85 First Division title-winning season (per Everton), which had lots of fans commenting.

During his career, Gray spent just two seasons at Goodison Park, having arrived in 1983 from Wolverhampton Wanderers and departed after the title win in 1985 for Aston Villa (per Transfermarkt).

However, after the club shared the interview footage to social media (per Everton), fans continued airing their admiration for the season in question.
