Fans of Aston Villa have been reacting to a post on Twitter, in which Villa winger Jota posts a picture as well as commenting how much he is missing the football season.
In his post, the 28-year-old uploads an edited image of himself in a Villa shirt, while also adding the comment: “Missing you.”
In reaction, fans of Aston Villa have flocked to have their say, with many commenting that they are missing their player, while others have simply sent their regards to the £3.15 million-rated Jota.

What do we think?
Although many of the Villa fans seem to hold Jota in high regard, the winger has made just 12 appearances since his move from Villa’s arch-rivals Birmingham last summer, scoring one goal and providing two assists.
In fact, over his eight Premier League appearances, the 28-year-old has averaged a disappointing WhoScored match rating of just 6.29.
So, although many of the Villa fans have stated that they are missing seeing their player in action, we are a little confused as to what it is exactly that they are missing.
