Aston Villa fans on Twitter have been responding to the latest comments made by Conor Hourihane.
This comes after Villa-focused Twitter account @villareport shared a post on their page relaying Hourihane’s comments originally to Sky Sports via Football Daily.
When asked about Jack Grealish’s future at Villa Park, Hourihane said: “Jack’s obviously hugely talented, he’s our talisman and he’s had a fantastic season. He’s been linked with so many clubs, lots of top teams around Europe. It’s going to be a tough summer and a tough decision for Jack.”
This post then gathered a lot of replies from Villa fans who were quick to share their thoughts on Hourihane’s comments.
Here’s a sample of Villa fans responding to the post:

Hourihane doubling down. Wish he showed as much conviction on the pitch. Talks a cracking game. #keanowannabe

What do we think?
It appears that these Villa fans don’t appreciate Hourihane sharing his opinions on Grealish or what his future will hold. This may be because they don’t want to hear any talk of Grealish potentially leaving the club anytime soon. Given that Grealish is currently Villa’s top goalscorer and assist-provider in the Premier League so far this season, it’s understandable why they would want to keep hold of him.
