Leeds United fans have been drooling on Twitter over an image of former striker Chris Wood. 

This comes after Leeds fan Twitter account @YeboahBelieveIt shared a post on their page that included an image of Wood celebrating his injury-time equalising goal in Leeds’ 1-1 draw against Newcastle United in 2017.

The New Zealander spent two years at Leeds from 2015 to 2017 in which he scored 44 goals and provided nine assists in 88 appearances for the club (per Transfermarkt). Now that this image of the aftermath of Wood’s dramatic late equaliser at Newcastle has resurfaced on Twitter, this has opened the door for plenty of Leeds fans to reminisce over the match and their former striker.
