Leeds United’s majority shareholder Andrea Radrizzani has taken to Twitter to express how proud he is of his club’s staff for helping the local community combat the viral outbreak that has gripped the nation.
The 46-year-old shared some images of some of his employees loading up supplies presumably to be delivered to those unable to go out shopping for the essentials.
Here is how some of the Leeds fans have reacted to his post.
Leeds is a massive part of the Leeds community sometimes it’s more than football. Fantastic this ??

What do we think?
Judging by the responses above, it’s clear that many of the club’s supporters are extremely proud of the support their staff are providing to the local community. Leeds United, at the time the season was suspended, were closing in on earning promotion back to the Premier League for the first time since they were relegated back in 2004.
Marcelo Bielsa’s side are currently top of the Championship, seven points clear of Fulham in third-place with nine games remaining. However, it looks like they will be forced into waiting a little longer for a promotion party due to the current health crisis.
