A lot of Leeds United fans have rushed to a post from the Whites that includes an interview with Leeds’ former goalkeeper Nigel Martyn.
Martyn moved to Elland Road from Crystal Palace in 1996 and stayed for seven years and made 251 appearances for the club.
The former Bristol Rovers goalkeeper was also voted the Whites’ greatest of their 100-year history, and Leeds have now released an exclusive interview with Martyn.
He claims that he “loved every minute” of his time with the Whites and that it was “really good” to play at Elland Road.

Martyn was voted as Leeds’ best-ever goalkeeper, so that should tell you how highly he was rated by many Whites fans.
Judging by the reaction to this interview, they still love him nearly 17 years after he left the club.
