Some Celtic fans have been raving at comments that Henrik Larsson made about his former club.
Hoops-related page CelticBible recently relayed some comments that Larsson had made about the Parkhead-based outfit. The Swede had given those comments in an interview with BBC Sport back in 2015 and the page relayed those along with images of Larsson crying.
On reading these comments, many Celtic fans were left emotional. They remember his time at Parkhead fondly.
Never seen as many people crying as there were at parkhead that day. The King ??

What do we think?
Larsson’s comments clearly show how much he loves the club and what the club’s fans mean to him. Considering he had won four Scottish First Division titles at Parkhead, he certainly left an impact behind at the club. His brace in Celtic’s UEFA Cup final against Porto in 2003 shows that he was a valuable player for the Hoops.
It is a testament to the Larsson’s effect on the Celtic fanbase that the supporters are still keen to show their own admiration for the player after all these years since his memorable Hoops career.
