Some Celtic fans have been discussing the latest Vakoun Bayo image that went viral on social media.
A Hoops-related page recently posted an image of Bayo on social media. The picture was caption ‘rare picture of the lesser-spotted Bayo’ as a means of underlining his lack of action for the Parkhead side.
On seeing this image, many Celtic fans discussed Bayo and his situation. Some expressed their disappointment about the player, while others felt that he still has a chance to shine.
I’d love to know who scouted him.

Same. We seem to sign players then realise they aren’t good enough

Unfair to write him off. Got injured early and gets back to fitness and season stopped. I would give him a chance to prove himself. Not easy moving to Scotland. I think he could do well then again what do I know.

Should Celtic sell Bayo permanently?
Yes, he's no good
Be patient with him
I think a lot of players especially for some reason big strikers need a good run of games to show true worth. Think John Hartson was one, for example

Bayo had joined Celtic from Slovakian side Dunajska Streda in January 2019 as he penned a four-year deal at Parkhead. The transfer fee involved was a reported £2 million.
He made just one Premiership appearance last season and has played only 206 minutes of Premiership football this year for the Hoops.
What do we think?
While Bayo might not have become a regular at Celtic, he had contributed to 15 goals in the last 16 games that he had played in the Fortuna Liga in Slovakia. It shows that there is a player in there who can contribute for the Hoops. He is still 23 and with patience, he can still come good.
