While some Blues fans were complimenting Devlin’s kit in response to his recent tweet, some Birmingham City supporters took the opportunity to praise the former midfielder for his quality on the football pitch following his recent post.
Makes my chest swell with pride knowing you was a great player for us. Blues fan and a Scotsman. ?????? KRO Thig air Alba

Great photos from a cracking player. Underated. Played against the best and more than held his own.

What do we think?
Devlin, who is a former Scotland international, made 123 appearances for Birmingham City during his career, according to Sporting Heroes. Considering that the former midfielder managed to make over 100 appearances for the same club whose kit he wore as a child, it may be understandable why Devlin has declared that “dreams can come true” in his recent tweet.
