Supporters of Wolverhampton Wanderers have been reacting to a transfer rumour on the Old Gold signing Liverpool’s Loris Karius.
According to Fanatik, as cited by Sport Witness, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side has ‘reached an agreement’ for the German goalkeeper to move to Molineux on loan next season (via Talking Wolves), which had fans gutted.

According to the report, the decision now rests with the player over if the move to Molineux happens after his ‘turbulent spell in Istanbul’ due to costly errors and issues off the pitch.
Over the duration of the season so far, Karius has been only the 17th-best performer for Besiktas in the Super Lig with a 6.59/10 average rating (per WhoScored), leaving Wolves fans uninterested in the move.

What do we think?
With the Old Gold’s back-up goalkeeper John Ruddy linked with a move to Besiktas in recent days (per Fotomac via Sport Witness), the rumour does add up as Karius may be a Ruddy replacement.
However, the stance of the Molineux faithful is totally clear, it appears that many would much rather keep Ruddy as Rui Patricio’s back up than bring in the German ‘keeper.
