Wolverhampton Wanderers legend Steve Bull has been contacting some of the club’s older supporters to check in with them and how they’re coping with self-isolation.
The Premier League season has been suspended due to the recent viral outbreak and the increasing danger posed by this health crisis has led to the government implementing strict lockdown measures.
The club shared some footage of Bull on the phone to a supporter via their Twitter account and here’s how it’s gone down with some of the other fans.
I have never been prouder to be a wolves fan than I am right now, the way the club has carried itself in these awful times has been amazing #bostinayit

What do we think?
It’s clear from the responses above that the gesture has gone down a treat with these fans. Steve Bull represented Wolverhampton Wanderers between November 1986 and July 1999. He played as a striker and scored 306 goals for the West-Midlands club (via the club’s official website).
At the time the Premier League came to an abrupt halt, Nuno Espirito Santo’s side were in sixth place, just five points behind Chelsea who currently occupy the fourth UEFA Champions League qualification spot.
