Supporters of West Ham United have been reacting to financial news on the Hammers which was relayed to social media.
According to @ExWHUemployee, the club may be in financial trouble when the current viral outbreak is over and that there is likely to be little money to sign players in the next transfer window (via @WHUFCFZ), which fans reacted to.
Karren Brady had a meeting with the players to discuss the percentage of the wage cuts, and she laid out the situation of the finances with them.
This means that we are likely to have hardly any money to sign players.

Surely if we being one of the richer clubs are running out of money so will other clubs, so how will they have the funds to buy players aswell??

I think most clubs will be in this position and what will happen is players values will come down.

Do you wish that the club had different owners than it does?Yes, they're no goodNo, they do okay |
The podcast by @ExWHUemployee also revealed that the situation means the Irons will be entertaining offers for ‘pretty much any player within reason during the next transfer window’ (via @WHUFCFZ).
So, following the financial news being shared to social media, supporters of the London Stadium club continued to air their opinions.
We pay £2m for our ground and that’s it. How on earth do we not have any money? https://t.co/Y0BeIBhekp

What do we think?
As can be judged from the responses of West Ham supporters, it is clear that some are more understanding than others of the difficult situation that the club could be in.
However, as a couple of fans suggested, if the Hammers are in the situation that was stated by @ExWHUemployee it seems possible that a number of other Premier League clubs will be in a similar predicament.
